Pastor Winsome Ionie Kelly, is a anointed woman of God, who speaks intelligently and inspiring to the issues of our time with an unquenchable determination to live according to God's Will.  She is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God with International Offices in Cleveland TN.  She is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Shammah Tabernacle Church of God in Brockton, MA and also the Founder of the Contrivance Church of God in Manchester, Jamaica, West Indies.  She is not only gifted in church plant, but also in the nurturing of struggling churches.

Pastor Kelly is dedicated, perservering, committed, patient, kingdom-builder, church planter, evangelist, she also has a strong apolostic call on her life which has been demonstrated internationally.

She has a genuine love for humanity in general and for people's development in particular.  She makes no hesitation to nurture the gifts seen in those around her, and maximize every opportunity to see that every person in her sphere fulfill their  God-given call.  Her principal endowment is to reach the lost at any cost.  She is an outgoing and patient minister who enjoys working with persons of all age groups.

Pastor Kelly earned her degree in Theology from the Bethel Bible College; A diploma from Queenswood  College and a certificate from the University of  Technology

Pastor Winsome Kelly is currently a Notary Public for  the State of Massachuettes.  She is the mother of one daughter.
